Official receiver’s assessment
When you are through with the questioning period, you can not wait for the official receivers to evaluate the information. This will be followed by a written message to the people that you owe. The debts are set out and the property is placed under liquidation. Meetings are held with the relevant stakeholders as well with the official receiver. The process is not very difficult to pursue. It actually involves getting an insolvency practitioner who can manage the property as well. You need someone who can handle the company’s administration. But this does not mean that you will stay out of the picture. You will also be involved as well. Some of the cases take longer than others but you can not influence this. All you have to do unfortunately is to wait. The process is not actually rushed. The official receiver office will be able to handle the case further.
